Oahu's north shore area is arguably one of the most beautiful places in the world, and preserving the island's environment and rural character is a priority for the Kahuku Wind team. In fact, we have a proven track record of environmental stewardship, creating the country's first Habitat Conservation Plan for the Kaheawa Wind project in Maui. We employ four individuals, including two full-time biologists, at Kaheawa, experts who continuously monitor ongoing plant restoration projects and the well-being of endangered bird species.
